Websites for Westchester businesses that bring in customers.

I build clean, fast 5-page websites for local businesses — designed, written, and launched by one local person you can actually meet. No agency, no account managers, no runaround.

Two things, done properly.

A website that loads fast and looks right on a phone, plus the Google listing that gets it found. That is the whole offer — nothing you don't need.

Why owners choose me

Local and in person

I'm based in Harrison. I can come to your shop, sit down, and talk it through face to face.

One person

You talk to the person building your site — the same person who answers when you call.

Half upfront only

The rest is due when your site is live and you can see it finished. Not before.

No lock-in

You own your site and your domain. If you ever move on, they go with you.

About Papa

I hold a BA in Computer Science from Manhattanville University and a software engineering certificate from General Assembly, where I built websites as part of the program. Before freelancing, I worked as a systems engineer.

I live in Harrison and build websites for the same kind of local businesses I see every day. When you hire me, you get the person who designed it, wrote it, and will pick up the phone when you call.

Questions, answered plainly

With a short conversation about your business — what you do, who your customers are, and what you want the site to bring in: calls, bookings, or visits. From there I handle the design, the writing, and the setup. You see the finished site before it goes live, and you only pay half up front — the rest is due at launch.

That's fine — if you'd prefer your site built on Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace, I can design and set it up there for you, with the same pages, writing, and Google Business Profile setup included. Some owners like those platforms because they want to log in and make small edits themselves, and I'm happy to work that way. I'll also tell you honestly about the trade-offs: those platforms charge their own monthly fees, can be slower to load, and you rent the design rather than own it outright. If you'd rather skip the platform fees and the do-it-yourself upkeep, my custom-built site with the Care Plan handles everything for you — either way, you get a site that looks professional and brings in customers.

Yes. We keep what still works — your business name, your domain, your photos and reviews — and rebuild the rest so it loads fast, reads clearly, and works properly on phones, where most customers will see it first. Your current site stays up until the new one is ready to launch.

Just the basics: your services, your hours, the best phone number, and any photos or reviews you already have. You don't have to write anything — I write the pages in plain language from what you tell me, and you can ask for changes before the site goes live. If you only have a Facebook page right now, we can start from that.

No. You don't need to log into anything or learn any software. With the Care Plan — $75 a month after launch — hosting, updates, and small changes are handled for you. When something changes at your business, you call or message me and I update the site.

That's the point of the Google Business Profile setup included with every site. It's the listing customers see on Google Maps and Search — your hours, photos, phone number, and reviews — linked to your new website, with the details correct from day one. Many customers see that listing before they ever visit a website.

Small changes — new hours, new photos, a price change, a new service — are included with the Care Plan: you send me what changed and I take care of it. And the site is yours either way: you own your site and your domain, with no lock-in, so nothing is ever held hostage if you decide to move on.

Let's talk about your site.

Call or send a message. Tell me what your business does and what you'd want the site to do — I'll tell you plainly what I recommend and what it costs.
