Primary suites, hall baths, and powder rooms. Walk-in showers, soaking tubs, heated floors, and tile work that's waterproofed the right way — behind the walls, not just on them.
Primary suites, family rooms, second stories, and in-law space. We handle drawings, permits, and inspections with your town — and match the new build to the old house seamlessly.
Turn unused square footage into a family room, home office, gym, or guest suite — with proper moisture control, egress, insulation, and soundproofing built in from day one.
Composite and cedar decks, screened porches, patios, and outdoor kitchens built for Northeast winters — footings below the frost line and hardware that won't rust out.

A few recent jobs around the county. Ask us for references on any of them — most of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors.

We visit your home, measure, listen, and talk through options at different budget levels. You get a detailed written estimate within 5 business days — free, no pressure.
We finalize the layout, materials, and finishes together and lock in a fixed-price contract with a start date and a week-by-week schedule before any demo begins.
Permits pulled, site protected, dust contained. Your project lead sends photo updates every week and walks the job with you at each milestone before the next payment is due.
We punch-list every detail together, hand over permits, warranties, and care guides, and stand behind the work with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Stonebridge Builders started in 2007 with two carpenters and a pickup truck. Eighteen years later we're still family-owned, still based right here in Westchester — and the owner still walks every job, every week.
We keep our crews in-house for framing, finish carpentry, and tile, and we take on a limited number of projects at a time so no homeowner ever wonders what's happening at their house.
"They quoted a price, wrote it down, and that's what we paid — down to the dollar. The kitchen finished two days early and the crew vacuumed on their way out. Every day."Sarah & Tom DelgadoKitchen remodel · White Plains
"Our addition needed three town approvals and Mike handled every single one. Weekly photos, honest timelines, and the new suite looks like it was always part of the house."The Okafor FamilyTwo-story addition · Bronxville
"We got three quotes for our basement. Stonebridge wasn't the cheapest — it was the only one that explained the moisture plan in writing. Two winters later: bone dry."James WhitfieldBasement finishing · Mount Kisco
It depends on size and finishes, which is exactly why our estimates are itemized line by line. Most hall baths run in the mid five figures, kitchens vary widely by cabinetry, and additions are priced per square foot after the walkthrough. You'll see every number before you sign anything — and the contract price is fixed unless you change the scope.
Yes — drawings, filings, and inspections with your town or village are part of the job. Westchester permitting varies a lot by municipality, and we've worked with most of them. Permit fees are passed through at cost and shown on your estimate.
For most kitchens, baths, basements, and decks — yes. We seal the work zone with dust barriers, run negative-air filtration on dusty days, and keep a working bathroom whenever we're renovating one. For whole-home projects we'll talk honestly about whether a short stay elsewhere makes life easier.
Payments are tied to completed milestones — never front-loaded. A modest deposit schedules your start date, progress payments come due only after you walk each finished stage with us, and the final payment isn't due until the punch list is done and you're satisfied.
Smaller projects typically start within 3–5 weeks of signing; additions and whole-home work usually book 6–10 weeks out, depending on permits. Your contract includes a firm start date — and if we miss it because of us, the schedule penalty is on us, in writing.
Call, or send the form and we'll get back to you within one business day to schedule your free in-home walkthrough. No obligation, no sales pitch — just measurements, honest options, and a written number.
